SME Sales is a dedicated unit under National Sales which is comprise of USIL, SONK and other products that are serving organizational financial needs through small and medium size loans up to 1 crore. The unit is operated under National Sales Head with Sales Managers and Relationship Officers under the managers.
Personal loan is given to cater client's personal financial needs up to 20 lac. The loans are for Salaried executives, businesspersons and self-employed individuals which are completely unsecured, no cash securities or any other collateral is required. Currently there’s dedicated team with RMs under sales manager for this sector operating in National Sales team.
Auto Loan: A dedicated team has been created for Auto Loan under National Sales. The team maintains the communication with individual customer as well as the car vendors for prospective clients. Loan amount can be 50% of car value up to 40 lac. If customer requires then a bundle of Auto Loan and Personal Loan is given.
Home Loan/ Mortgage Loan: Home loan is given either for buying a house/flat or for construction of a house, or renovation, extension to your existing house. Maximum loan amount of up to BDT 2.0 crore and flexible repayment tenure of up to 25 years. Home loan can be done by any of the team members under national sales.
Corporate Executive Package(CEP) handles the onboarding of organization with payroll solutions for employee salary disbursement to create cross-selling opportunity. Functionalities of ECP as follows:
Credit Card unit is a dedicated unit under National Sales which is comprise of managers and their teams serving credit card needs of clients through UCB credit card products. Currently UCB is offering both VISA and MasterCard in three different amount limits.
Central Screening Unit had been created to support the business teams with processing aids and render related MIS with reports. This unit under National Sales does the initial screening of all loan files & AOF forms. Files are sent to credit or Business Operations Division only after the initial checking and rectifications as per PPG.
