UCB SBL is a term loan facility for all types of Cottage, Micro, and Small Enterprises to meet the financial needs for Business expansion, working capital, fixed asset purchase, advance payment, agriculture production/trading, and other relevant business purposes.
Loan Features:
- Loan Limit: BDT 0.50 lac to BDT 3.00 Lac
- Facility Type: Term Loan (Fortnightly Installment)
- Loan Tenure: 12 to 18 months
- Loan Purpose: Working capital, business expansion, fixed asset purchase, advance payment, agriculture production/trading, and other relevant business purposes
- Interest Rate: Competitive Interest rate
- Collateral Requirement: Not required

Borrower's Eligibility:
- Legal Form: Must be an Enterprise - (i) Proprietorship or, (ii) Partnership
- Business Age: At least for 2 years in operation
- Owner's/Key Applicant's Age should be in between 22 to 60 years
