UCB Investment Limited has signed an Issue Management Agreement with Confidence Infrastructure PLC to serve as the Issue Manager for the company's proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The agreement signing ceremony was held at the corporate office of Confidence Infrastructure PLC in Dhaka. The agreement was signed by Mr. Tanzim Alamgir, Managing Director & CEO of UCB Investment Limited, and Mr. Imran Karim, Chairman of Confidence Infrastructure PLC, on behalf of their respective organizations.
Under the agreement, UCB Investment Limited will provide comprehensive issue management services for the proposed IPO of Confidence Infrastructure PLC, supporting the company throughout the listing process.
Speaking on the occasion, representatives of both organizations expressed confidence that the partnership would facilitate the successful execution of the IPO, strengthen Confidence Infrastructure PLC's access to the capital market, and support its long-term growth and expansion plans.
Senior officials from UCB Investment Limited and Confidence Infrastructure PLC were also present at the signing ceremony.
