The 179th branch at Kerani Hat, Chattogram of United Commercial Bank Limited was opened on 16 August, 2018. Mr. Saifuzzaman Chowdhury MP, Honourable State Minister, Ministry of Land, People's Republic of Bangladesh inaugurated the branch as Chief Guest.
Mr. Md. Nazrul Islam Chowdhury, MP and Mr. Abu Reza Muhammad Nezamuddin, MP were also present as Special Guests.
Among others Managing Director & CEO of UCB Mr. A. E. Abdul Muhaimen along with other senior officials of United Commercial Bank Limited were present at the Branch opening ceremony. Moreover local distinguished personalities also graced the event with their presence.
